　　The Shanghai southeast Power Technology Development Co.Ltd(SSPT Co.Ltd.)is the expert industry plant for producing the MOA with the polymerhousing.It grew out the Electrical power Equipment factory,Ningbo Electrical Power Enterprise Company ( being a part of Ningbo Electrical Power Bureau ) and now has moved to Pudong New Area, Shanghai for its development,since the Feb.1999.

　　In 2000 the company has succeeded in developing and producing a new type of the post type polymer housed MOA with 4kN of the anti-bend strength and 10kV rated voltage,which have gotten favourable reception from the great mass of consumers.
