结构简介CONSTRUCTURE IN TRODUCTION


  避雷器由非线性电阻片,硅橡胶外套及两端金具组成,如图1所示。
  非线性电阻片和加强纤维复合结构整体地封装在硅橡胶的外套中,并在每个结合部都涂有密封胶,使其形成一个坚固的整体。避雷器内部不含空气隙,由于电阻片具有优异的非线性伏安特性和良好的陡波响应特性,可将过电压限制在较低的水平,从而对电器设备的绝缘提供可靠的保护。作为外绝缘的硅橡胶外套与瓷套相比,不但重量轻,不易碎,而且耐污性能优异,没有爆炸的危险,用它制成的避雷器是一种十分理想的保护电器。

  The MOA is composed of the non-linear resistors ,silicone rubber housing and metal fittings as shown in fig.1.
  As the non-linear resistor and the strengthened fibre composite structure are totally enclosed in silicone rubber housing and the sealing glue is smeared on every connected section,so the arrester is formed a strong stick.There is no any air crack in the MOA,the non-linear resistor due to the inherent superior V-I characteristics and steepwave response can suppress overvoltages to a relative low level,thus providing a reliable protection for insulation of electrical apparatus.
  The silicone housing as extra-insulation compared with porcelain housing has more special advantages as following:
  *small in size and light in weight
  *easy to install and hard to damage during the transportation
  *excellent function of anti-pollution
  *no damage of exploding and combustion
  *The MOA mode of silicone housing is a very ideal to protact electrical apparatus.
