A
total quality control system has been set up from
the incoming of raw material to delivery of products.
A number of process controlpoint has been set up at
each key process. Most of the technical parameters
specified in the manufacturer's standard are rigorouser
than the national standard.
1、Inspection and tests for resistor:
*Rectangular wave current filter test;
*Measuremeut of residual voltage under lightning
*impulse current;
*Measuremeut of DC U1mA;
*Measuremeut of leakage current at 75% DC U1mA;
*Inspection for 4/10μ s high current impulse;
*Visual inspection.
2、Routine tests for MOA;
*Visual inspection of polymer housing;
*DC U1mA test;
*AC U1mA test;
*Partial discharges test;
*Seal leakage test;
*Test of leakage current at 75% DC U1mA;
